Join a winning team supporting the Emergency Services department at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego as an Administrative Coordinator. In this important and high-visibility role, you will provide valuable leadership support. Primary responsibilities will include Kronos edits, ordering supplies, competency/licensure tracking, and emergency provider assistance (ordering lab coats, distributing mail, ordering business cards, etc.)
Other general Administrative Coordinator duties may include:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform clerical, administrative and general office duties involving typing, record and file maintenance, document creation, mail distribution and reception.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the unit’s operations, organization and procedures.
- Maintain office files and records in accordance with internal procedures.
- Receive and refer visitors and telephone callers.
- Respond to requests for information.
- Opens and distributes mail.
- Provide a full range of administrative data management and coordination of reporting and project duties for the department.
- Analysis and maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Maintain appointment calendars.
This is a benefit-eligible Full Time, Monday – Friday role with eight hour shifts, located at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego. Flexibility is a must as you may occasionally be asked to come in early or stay late as business needs arise.
$24.12-$35.35/hour

Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
