v As Manager, Risk Management/Patient Relations, you will be responsible for the oversight and leadership of the activities and functions of a department.
v Participate in department strategic planning and contributes to its success through effectively communicating goals and expectations to staff.
v Ensure effective use of system resources.
v Provide functional expertise essential to staff and leadership.
v Ensure expenses do not exceed budget. Participate in standards of practice and process improvement activities.
v Oversee staffing matrices and possesses authority to hire, conduct performance evaluations, and discipline employees.
v Ensure policy and procedures are followed by staff.
This position is eligible to participate in the Manager incentive Plan.
$56.98-$85.49/hour

Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
